55 min · €200 For CTOs & Tech Leads

Deep AI Audit
for development teams.

I'll show you how much time your team loses every day to vibe coding and workslop — and where ten to twenty hours a month are sitting there, unclaimed.

We don't review your code. We look at processes, tools, and the decisions that determine whether AI is helping you — or quietly sabotaging you.

Who it's for

When this audit makes sense

CTO / VP Engineering

You have 5–30 developers, AI is in use somewhere, but you suspect not quite well. You need a number for the board.

Tech Lead

You keep seeing the same AI slop in code reviews. You don't know if it's the tool, the process, or the culture — and how to break the cycle.

Software company owner

You don't care about the details, but you know AI is a defining issue. You want an independent view on whether your team has a sensible strategy.

What you'll find out

Four concrete answers

The cost of vibe coding

How many hours a month your team spends fixing code that AI generated too fast and without context. With numbers, not impressions.

Where you produce workslop

Where AI is paradoxically slowing you down — longer reviews, more production bugs, late rework. The signals you can spot yourselves.

How you're doing on security

Whether employees are leaking data into ChatGPT, the state of your internal AI policies, and where your biggest risk sits. A short checklist you can use tomorrow.

Where the upside is sitting

Three specific areas where your team can ship 2–5× faster with AI — and which are worth tackling before the next quarter ends.

How it works

Three steps, no corporate nonsense

1

Book and pay

Pick a slot on the calendar and pay €200 by card. Shortly before the call I send you a short intake form so we get the most out of the session.

2

55 minutes on video

Google Meet — together we walk through your tools, processes and current setup. The call is recorded for you; no need to take notes.

3

Write-up within 48 hours

You get a short PDF with concrete recommendations, prioritised by impact. Plus the recording and transcript so you can share it with the team.

Guarantee

If the audit doesn't return multiples of what it cost — I refund it.

If I can't show you, within the 55 minutes, processes or tools that will save your team more than €200 of time, I refund the fee. No questions, no explanations.

I do this because I know the quality is on my side — and I want you to be able to book without risk.

Who runs the audit

Jiří George Dolejš

25 years in IT. 5 years as CTO in Manchester (Warner Music, BBC, Madonna). Since 2023 I've been deploying AI into companies and helping technical teams change the way they think about their work.

I'm not a vendor or an affiliate — the audit is paid for by you, which means I show you what actually works, not what pays me a commission. I speak regularly at conferences (Project Restart, Vibe Coders Prague, AI Monday), write a blog, and co-author an online course with 5800+ students.

Frequent questions

What CTOs ask before booking

How does payment work? +

You book a slot through TidyCal and pay by card via Stripe at booking time. You receive an invoice made out to the company.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Free reschedule or refund up to 24 hours before the session. After that the slot is yours — if you don't show up we can agree on a reschedule, but the fee is non-refundable.

Do you need to see our code? +

No. The audit is about processes and decisions, not a repo review. If you want, we can look at a few anonymised snippets together, but it's not required.

Do you sign NDAs? +

Yes, by default. Send me your template or we use mine. Signed electronically before the call.

What language is the audit in? +

Czech or English, whichever you prefer. I speak both natively (5 years in Manchester).

What if I want to continue after the audit? +

The audit fee (€200) is deducted from the price of a workshop if you book one within 30 days. In practice that means the audit is free if it makes sense to go further.

One hour. Concrete answers. No risk.

Most teams I've seen are leaving 10 to 20 hours a month on the table. One hour of audit costs a fraction of that — and gives you the path back to those hours.
